When covid first broke out as a pandemic in March 2020, the mis-named “progressive party” suggested Covid Trackers who would knock on your door to ensure you were masked, out of work, and standing six feet apart from any family member. I was instantly reminded of the book and movie, "Harrison Bergeron."
Now that DJT is President, and he has by Executive Order recinded DEI, I think we need DEI Trackers, who ferret out those companies that are yet posting job ads giving deference to those with multiple pronouns, those under the age of 30 with “trans experience”, and so forth. I don’t need to tell you, you’ve lived through the terror of Biden, just as I have. It is time the tables were turned.
On 1/30/2025, I wrote the following message to each of the job boards [Monster, Indeed, Simply Hired, Glassdoor, Careerbuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and Snagajob]:
"You need to start removing job postings that ask illegal questions such as “do you have trans experience” and those that display a DEI policy and deferential statements favoring those who are POC and LGBQTI+, along with those YET demanding proof of vaccination.
As you well know, Donald J. Trump has made all of these questions illegal per executive order, and I will be watching your job postings [LIKE A HAWK] and forwarding them to attorneys for review and potential lawsuits if you do not REVIEW and REMOVE them voluntarily, as employers post them.
No job board gets to circumvent an EXECUTIVE ORDER that applies at both the federal and the local/private business level. Both of you share that responsibility, for you PROFIT from their posts.

Here is an example of the type of questions asked by US employers operating under Joe Biden’s DEI policy; I am still baffled by “current gender identity” from Angi’s list… are we supposed to give them an update if there are “any changes to the current gender identity”? Companies like Women for Women don’t have any problem asking illegal questions about ethnicity, sexual orientation, RELIGION, even “age bracket.” Look how far they have stretched affirmative action; look how blatant their cherry picking has become:
It is my strong hope, that DJT will FINE those companies that post such ads by $10K, along with giving a finder’s fee to those who do tedious research and ferret lawbreakers of his EO. They should receive $5K for each located post. [I like the 50/50 split.]
In addition to the COMPANY being fined, the JOB BOARD that profited from the illegal post should be fined by $10K. So, now we are up to $20K per illegal post: this is a good way to help our country out of debt while helping those who have been unfairly discriminated against for four long, terrible years under Joe Biden… by DEI hires who looked like this one:
