No main stream media is covering it, but Senators Ted Cruz and Ron Wyden have United to write a blueprint called the JAWBONE ACT. It stands for Justice Against Weaponized Bureaucratic Overreach to Networked Expression and it a a bipartisan bill that protects the CONSUMER. It will hold government officials and agencies accountable for unconstitutional "jawboning." Jawboning occurs when the GOVERNMENT uses COERCION to pressure private organizations, businesses, social media, new stations into censuring lawful First Amendment FREE SPEECH.
The bill allow private citizens to SUE the government for suppressing free speech. Plaintiffs can seek compensatory damages plus attorneys fees...even if the government's coercion was ineffective on them. The ATTEMPT alone is the grievance. Federal agencies have coerced Facebook, Twitter, Rumble, Bitchute, Google into suspending accounts that differ from the officials White House narrative. This is illegal.
Federal agencies are required to submit a summary of all communications they have made to non-government agencies to suppress FREE SPEECH; this will be a broadcasting mandate in the future. These logs are to bo open to the general public and via a centralized portal for all to view 24-7.
Finally, there is GOOD NEWS for those who have been repeatedly attacked online, muted, suspended for speaking out against the covid vaccine. data centers, the war in Iran, artificial intelligence, the subterfuge surrounding the Hunter Biden laptop and moe... And BOTH parties are guilty of jawboning; that's why their uniting to STOP IT is so remarkable. And, without a doubt, court cases will follow by those so maligned.
