"In a Perfect World"
In a perfect world we would not discriminate against those over fifty in the workplace; we would appreciate having those with more life experience around us instead of glorifying youth.
In a perfect world, we would not ask about pronouns or sexual matters at all; after all, the workplace is for work, isn't it?
In a perfect world, employers would not run "personality tests," trying to cherry pick only those who will not question the handbook.
In a perfect world, those of faith who value God, Family and Country would not be ridiculed by those who believe there is no God and no afterlife and live only for the moment.
In a perfect world, inclusion and diversity would not include that which is immoral and harmful to the human race.
In a perfect world, every teen and adult would have a sense of civic responsibility, asking not for cradle to grave security and handouts, but the freedom to contribute and work hard.
In a perfect world, every child has a mother and father who protect him/her from the dangers of the world, instead of deliberately exposing them to it.
May we ever work toward a more perfect world.
